I partner with nonprofit executive directors, managers, supervisors, and other nonprofit professionals to maximize their resources in a competitive environment. Having been an Executive Director of three organizations (two of them nonprofit agencies), I understand the issues and challenges that nonprofit professionals face on a daily basis. I also have extensive experience in developing grants, programs, and infrastructures.
My coaching helps nonprofit professionals to identify what the real issue is, assess what is currently occurring in their environment, identify and address all barriers and obstacles standing in their way, develop solutions and strategies to resolve the issue, develop an individualized plan of action, and hold them accountable to ensure successful completion of the plan.
As a result of coaching, clients set clearer goals, make better decisions, take more action, and more fully use their natural strengths and skills.
